Reliable Online Sources for Health Information (e.g. National Library of Medicine (NLM))

What is PubMed?

"PubMed database contains more than 34 million citations and abstracts of biomedical literature. It does not include full text journal articles; however, links to the full text are often present when available from other sources, such as the publisher's website or PubMed Central (PMC)."

PubMed Central (PMC) archives full-text articles (6 millions +) from biomedical and life sciences journals dated from the late 1700s to the present.

See the PubMed User Guide for help on how to search PubMed database.
