HIV Treatments

Pre-exposure prophylaxis (or PrEP) is when people at risk for HIV take daily medicine to prevent HIV.

Post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) is medicine taken immediately after possible exposure to HIV. If you think you have been exposed to HIV, get medical attention right away!
